Shipments and returns


Bling Couture makes every effort to ensure your product is carefully packed and shipped in a safe and secure manner. Australia Post is our transporter of choice for all online orders. Australia Post offers flexible delivery options including delivery to street addresses or post office boxes.

All freight costs quoted on our website include all shipping, handling and insurance costs.

All our products listed on this website are designed for Internet Sales only; we do not have a pick up options available.

All freight charges applied include a handling fee within the freight bill.

Priority Order:

A Priority Order can only be placed when we are out of stock. The priority Order means that as soon the items comes in that you will have priority over other orders as you have paid for your product. Our warehouse team will give you an approximate delivery date and keep you informed of the progress of that shipment.

Returns Policy:

Bling Couture will offer a 7 day return policy if the product is defective in any manner. All returns need to be emailed to  for an authorisation number prior to return, without this authorisation number Bling Couture has the rights to charge an admin fee of 10% of the value of goods for processing.

Refunds and Returns:

In the event that you request a refund on a product you must ensure that the item is in the original packaging and is in an “as new” condition. If the product is still as supplied including the parts and accessories you can request a refund under the following terms and conditions:

- Contact Bling Couture within 7 days of accepting delivery on

- Arrange the return back to Bling Couture at your expense

(It is your responsibility to take out insurance on the return of the item)

When the item is received “as supplied” a refund will be issued for the value of the product excluding the original freight charge.
